Ordering from MyFireDirect.com is a simple 6 step process. Below is an example of the 6 steps.

How to Order

Once you have found your selected item and you wish to order, simply click 'add to cart'. Our website uses a dynamic option for shoppers to choose between various payment methods other than credit card (example below).

As you can see, Paypal is a default secondary option. If you are on a mobile phone, you may see Google Pay or Apple Pay depnding on your browser and phone model. Select the payment method that is most suitable for you. 

Please note - that in order to apply a coupon, you must add to cart first and go to checkout.

Once you added your items to cart, click the shopping bag in the top-right corner and it will take you to the cart page.

Step 1: Add items to Cart and Go to Cart Page

Step 2: Review your cart and click 'check out'

Review your cart one last time. If you notice any issues that need our attention, you can open a live chat and have one our customer service reps look into it for you. If everything looks ok, then click 'check out'.

Step 3: Enter contact information on Checkout Page

Enter your contact information. This includes an e-mail that you actively check, a phone number and shipping address. Please note that for seamless order processing we recommend your shipping address match your billing address.

*This is also where you will want to enter your discount code to redeem your special offer. If you forget to enter your coupon code and completed your purchase, please notify us immediately. If we have not processed your order (within 24 hours), we will adjust your bill, no problem. Orders that have been processed can not be adjusted.

Once all information is complete and a discount code entered, click the green button to 'continue to shipping'.

Step 4: Review Shipping Method

Shipping is always free, but at this phase, we encourage you to review your information and make sure all details are accurate. Next, click continue to payment.

Step 5: Payment Info & Billing Address

The final step is entering your preferred payment method. The default option is credit card, however, if you wish to pay with Paypal, select the radio option below (blue arrow). All payment information is secured and encrypted. We do not store your information and are only able to charge the amount that you have authorized.

Once you have entered your payment information, click pay now.

Step 6: We'll Take it From Here

That's it! You've just made a purchase. Standby for an e-mail to confirm your order. Feel free to contact us and ask any questions you may have regarding your order. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for a tracking# as your order will likely ship freight. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be issued to you immediately. To speed up the delivery of your order, we highly encourage you to contact the freight company tasked with delivery and schedule a suitable appointment time. You can also wait for them to contact you, but this may extend the delivery time of your order.
