Under certain circumstances and within certain time limits our customers may return their order on a change of mind. Change of mind means that there is nothing wrong with the product, its unopened, but the customer no longer wants it. 

A customer may make a return in this case under the certain circumstances;

  • Their claim is made within 7 days of their order being delivered

  • They are responsible for the return shipping costs, restocking costs of 20%, and arranging the return shipping

  • Their return will only be on a store credit basis we do not offer refunds

  • The goods must be in their original packaging, unopened


If you have a damaged product that needs to be returned please contact us at info@myfiredirect.com and we will help you with the process. In the event of a damaged order, it is extremely helpful if you can provide proof via photo of any clearly visible damage (to item, not box). If there is no proof that can clearly determine the actual item(s) itself was; themselves were; damaged, the replacement process will likely be extended as we will have to wait for the shipment to arrive back to us to inspect it. 

All damaged or exchange claims must be officially handled via e-mail.
